Manuscript Requirements and Ethics
All manuscripts submitted to this journal must strictly adhere to the established focus, scope, and author guidelines. Submitted manuscripts must demonstrate scientific value or novelty consistent with the journal's focus and scope.

Plagiarism Checking
All manuscripts must be free of plagiarism. Authors are strongly encouraged to use plagiarism detection software to perform independent similarity checks before submission. The editor will perform a final plagiarism check using Turnitin software on all submitted articles.

Review Process
Research articles submitted to this journal will undergo a double-blind peer review process. Reviewers will provide scientifically valuable comments with the primary goal of improving the quality and content of the manuscript.

Final Decision and Publication
The final decision regarding article acceptance will be made by the editor based on the recommendations and comments from the reviewers. The publication of accepted articles, including the order in which they are published, will be determined by the Editor-in-Chief by considering the following factors: order of receipt date, geographical distribution of authors, and suitability to thematic issues (if any).
