Central Sulawesi, particularly Palu City, has great potential for tropical fruit production, supported by an ideal climate and a government campaign to promote local fruit consumption, making this sector a promising one. However, this increased consumption has created secondary problems in the form of accumulated fruit peel waste, which has the potential to cause environmental pollution (soil and water), methane gas emissions, and economic losses due to underutilization. This community service activity aims to address these negative impacts by increasing public awareness about waste management and providing practical solutions in the form of training on processing fruit peel waste into value-added products such as eco-enzymes, dishwashing soap, and industrial raw materials (bioethanol/biogas). The expected results are significant waste reduction, the creation of new economic products, and the creation of a healthier environment, supporting a circular economy in Palu City.
